Supliful is a platform where you can source supplements or packaged food products, brand them with your own labels, and start selling online. The previous WordPress platform created challenges for users trying to create and sell products, resulting in a revenue loss for the startup.

Expectations

As a creator, I use Supliful to discover and sell nutrition products under my own brand.

Reality

A creator is struggling to understand what the platform does and how it works, so they are leaving the platform.

Deliverables

Transformed the brand with a fresh design, introducing a revamped marketing website, distinct brand colors, captivating imagery, and brand story.

Redesigned the entire web app platform and introduced new product features. The core redesign focused on key journeys: finding a product, customizing a product, and selling a product.

Design approach

We focused on quickly designing and obtaining approval from stakeholders without testing. The stakeholders wanted to launch the app first and then assess if the product fits the market.

1. Defining project scope

The Supliful team initially sought a platform redesign without a clear scope. The first step was to precisely define the project scope, including redesign goals, features, functionalities, and user journeys.

2. Exploring new look and feel

With the value proposition established, various visual concepts for the redesign were explored. Multiple homepage concepts were created, and through iterative feedback rounds, the desired look and feel were refined and defined.

3. Refining brand value proposition

Supliful initially tried to appeal to a broad audience, which made it unclear what they were offering. To address this, we refined the target audience, identified the main pain points, clarified USP) and revamped the landing page strategy.

4. Designing desktop and mobile versions

We started by creating the main screen concept and then designed all other screens through iterative rounds to launch the product as quickly as possible.

Results

Following the redesign, Supliful has effectively attained multiple business objectives, significantly enhancing overall user satisfaction and comprehension of the product.

$1 million was successfully raised in 2022.

Supliful has attracted over 100,000 daily active users.
